Registration

 

Please read the information below:

 

The early registration closes on October 10, 2022. The Author registration deadline is September 23, 2022.

Authors, please note the following:

  1. For each paper to be included in the Proceedings, at least one author must register with full IEEE/CCF Member or IEEE/CCF non-member registration. This includes the authors of research papers, workshops, industry track, and Fast Abstracts. If the only author registering for the Symposium is a student, he/she cannot use student rates.
  2. Doctoral Symposium authors can register using student rates.
  3. All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 30, 2022. There will be an administrative fee of 20% deducted from each refund. There will be no refund for registrations cancelled after September 30, 2022.
  4. Please note that the registration rate for all authors is the same regardless of on-site or online attendance.

Notice that:

  1. Full registration for on-site attendance includes access to conference proceedings, meals, and the social events (receptions and banquet).
  2. One-Day registration for on-site attendance includes access to conference proceedings and meals. One-Day on-site registration does not include the social events (receptions and banquet). Social event ticket can be bought at the unit price of USD 80 (banquet)
  3. Full conference online registration includes access to conference proceedings and online conference sessions.
